		<description>Reminds me that when you were three and first in Children&#039;s House nursery school.  At an early parent/teacher conference the teachers expressed amazement that you knew the name of a collander.  You were the only child in the class that knew what it was called and how it was used.  It seems so obvious, doesn&#039;t it, that little toddlers mimic their caregivers.  Are the caregivers seldom doing food preparation?
